*Please note: There is a minimum deposit requirement of 10 USDT (or stablecoin equivalent) to cover initial margin and enable position opening.
Ethereum Mainnet Deposits
After connecting a wallet to XOX, users deposit USDT (or supported stablecoins) directly via the Ethereum mainnet.
Once the transaction is mined and receives approximately 15 confirmations (~3–5 minutes under normal network conditions), funds are immediately available in the user's XOX L2 trading account.
Cross-Chain Deposits (Non-Ethereum Networks)
XOX operates secure, team-controlled liquidity pools on multiple layer-1 and layer-2 chains (BSC, Polygon, Base, Solana, Tron, etc.).
When a user deposits on a supported non-Ethereum chain, the system automatically locks the incoming assets in the corresponding pool and mints/credits the exact equivalent amount to the user’s XOX Arbitrum-based L2 account.
▶ Ethereum deposits are credited instantly upon finality. ▶ Large single deposits exceeding $300,000 on non-Ethereum chains may require manual liquidity rebalancing between L1 pools and L2; in such cases funds become visible and usable within a maximum of 2 hours (typically under 30 minutes).
Deposit Fees
XOX charges zero platform deposit fees. Users only pay the native gas fees of the source chain. The protocol absorbs all bridging and internal transfer costs to maximize capital efficiency for traders and liquidity providers.
Quick Start Guide
For Self-Custody Wallet Users (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
Connect your wallet on app.xox.exchange
Go to “Wallet” → “Deposit”
Select asset and input amount → First-time USDT/USDC deposit requires one-time token approval → Confirm approval in your wallet
Confirm the deposit transaction → Funds appear in your XOX trading balance immediately (if on Arbitrum) or after the bridging process described above.
For XOX Smart Account Users (Email / Social Login via MPC Wallet)
In the XOX app, navigate to “Wallet”
Copy your personal XOX deposit address (Arbitrum One network)
Withdraw to this address from any exchange or wallet using the Arbitrum One chain (fastest & cheapest option) → Funds are credited instantly upon Arbitrum confirmation (usually <10 seconds).
